Our Resistance Bands (or Powerbands) are the perfect training accessory for adding resistance or support to your heavy duty training.
Typically resistance bands are used for exercises such as Bench Press, Squats, or Deadlifting. But they can be adapted to also add support to other exercises such as Dips, Chin Ups, Pull Ups or Push Ups.
This set of 6 resistance bands includes:
- Green 45mm x 2
- Purple 28mm x 2
- Red 13mm x 2
The thicker Green band at 45mm thick, is the thickest and will give the most resistance, while the Red band at 13mm thick, is the thinnest giving the least amount of resistance.
